Welcome to Fulasa! These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “TOS”) govern your use of the Fulasa website and all associated services (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Service”). Please read these TOS carefully before using the Service. By accessing or using the Service in any manner, you agree to be bound by these TOS. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions set forth in these TOS, you should not access or use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

7.1 The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7.2 Fulasa does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 In no event shall Fulasa be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, revenue, data, or use, even if Fulasa has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.2 Fulasa’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with these TOS or your use of the Service, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service.

9. Modification of TOS

Fulasa reserves the right to modify these TOS at any time. All changes will be effective upon posting on the Fulasa website. It is your responsibility to regularly review these TOS to be aware of any changes.

10. Governing Law

These TOS are governed by the laws of France, and any dispute arising out of these TOS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Merville, France.
